The Victim Adalinda Blumenkrantz met Katarina Bach the same day she met Teresia Kuefer. Teresia had rescued Katarina from a Witch. But Katarina had seemed as though she could care less. Adalinda thought she'd seen the other girl before. Pale-skinned. White-haired. Oddly-colored eyes. She eventually discovered Katarina was blind.
Katarina was very quiet. Adalinda attributed it to being shy, like Magda, and tried to make friends with her. But the blind girl was reluctant to get close to others. It took a lot of work, and they didn't even really get to speak and start finding out about each other until a week after their first meeting. They didn't go to the same school. But eventually, Katarina opened up a little bit. She revealed she had had a really tough life. Tougher than Adalinda. Tougher than Magda. Only Teresia had it worse, as far as Adalinda was concerned. But Katarina had been alone from the start.

 Altea Saito says, "Wuah?"
[5-Of] Solid Snake says, "Adai?" "As near as I can tell, it matches the accounts, sir. I think we're in a Witch's Labyrinth."

Pikachu's nose twitches as they go in.
The blood on the walls they HADN'T been expecting as they chattered outside the hallway, attempting to formulate a plan of action.
Until they arrive. Blood everywhere. It takes Pikachu several seconds to confirm it as some of the crates have some things that are rather powerful stenches to a mouse (perhaps the base commander is a pickled herring addict?), but afterwards, he confirms it.
The plan of action is no longer viable.
Butterfree remains fairly high in the sky as he attempts to scan for anything untowards as Ash approaches, less than happy about it.
"...pika." Pikachu says, as they come to the corpse.
Ash kneels down, looking over the girl, touching the neck to search for a pulse.
Paradox Log[A] In German, Adalinda | NPC Base Commander says, "This is the commander of base P7-99-Phoebe, in an iteration of Siberia, in the Frigid Reaches. We have an intruder who, while presently contained, has used a term that is on my 'alert' list. The term 'Puella Magi', when used by non-Union-affiliated individuals, is to be reported as soon as possible. Not only did the intruder use that term, but she claims to be one and to wish to join the Union."
[A] In German, Adalinda | NPC Base Commander says, "She also claims to be from the same iteration of Earth as Colonel Solid Snake."
[5-Of] Solid Snake makes a noise not unlike an aborted spittake. "-what?!"
Altea Saito says, "I'm ready to check it out if you don't mind me helping."
[A] In German, Adalinda | NPC Base Commander says, "Shall I continue to keep her detained, sir?"
[5-SA] Ash says, "...well, that's not somethin' you hear everyday. I'm not too far from there, should I head over?"
[5-Of] Solid Snake says, "...yeah. Yeah, ke
The Martyr Teresia Kuefer, an amazing young French woman 15 years of age to Adalinda's 13, was first met by Adalinda Blumenkrantz, Lulu Adelstein, and Magda Faust while walking home from school one day. Teresia caught Adalinda's eye immediately. The blonde was tall, confident, cool, a snazzy dresser, beautiful, and in the process of rescuing a girl from their school from a Witch. It was frightening. The entire world was rent asunder, it seemed like. Claw marks shredding open walls, streets, windows, the air itself, even the sky high above. The three girls didn't know what was happening. But there was Teresia, a small white animal at her side, standing up to a cyclone of fur, fangs, claws, and gleaming eyes, as it attempted to devour a small, quiet, pale, sightless, undernourished-looking girl who sat on the sidewalk and seemed not to care what was going on around her.
Teresia, dressed in black robes, seemed to be everywhere at once as claw sla
